Well, long time SoCal filmographer Brad Jacobson is here to help. In this short video, Brad outlines the shortlist of surfing rules and etiquette. From paddling out to the break, to paddling into waves, to navigating the local scene Brad has us covered with how to keep ourselves and others happy, safe and stoked in the water. Bottom line is that surfing is about safety and respect, and it can get real testy in the water if people act out of line from these values so if you’re thinking about grabbing a wavestorm and paddling out for your first time, maybe check out this video first.
